Legal Sanity: WorkLife Synergy and the Musings of a Conscious Attorney

Arnie_herz

A for-profit attorney with a conscience? One who understands the concept of working and living with purpose? Yes, they do exist.

While we might see some lawyers grandstanding on Court TV, they are human beings just like the rest of us, and often get a bad rap. The pressure of a trial is daunting and can be particularly hard on the home life. WorkLife Balance is likely an elusive find in the world of lawyerville, with at least one exception that I know of - the work of Arnie Herz. Herz is the founder of the Legal Sanity Learning Programs and LegalSanity.com.

I've known Arnie for many years and recently came across his work again because he's written an e-book on WorkLife Synergy. He's inspired and trained more than 3,000 attorneys and executives to master the art of relationships for real bottom-line results. The foundation of his teaching system involves a principle he calls the XE Factor. He's also featured on Law.com's Legal Blog Watch.

As you'll hear in this WorkLife Monitor Podcast with Judy Martin, he's not your typical attorney. You'll hear his philosophy on optimizing the business of law, but he also offers solid advice for anyone trying to manage worklife chaos in a radically changing world.
